Mad Ideas ventured into the world of Digital imagery back in 2003. It was not long before we become experts in this field. Our journey over the years has seen us taken on a varied range of contracts, from producing 1 off mouse mats and mugs for Christmas presents to larger volumes of clothing as well as mugs and mouse mats for small and large businesses.

Digital Imaging for people who don't know is taking an image or text and importing into a PC and converting it to a format where we can then apply it on to products such as clothing, mugs, mousemats etc.....

The reason people choose to use us is down to our personal approach to jobs and our superior quality control. We spend a long time researching all the products we offer before they become available to the public. Quality is key to us, we make sure that we are using the best quality products available and that our image transfers are of a superior quality.

In most cases we do not charge an art set up fee unlike a lot of our competitors. Only in extreme cases would we ever charge for this and it would purely be on a very complex image that we would have to convert. Also we recognise that you may not want all your products exactly the same for example you may want peoples names on their tee shirts. This is not a problem for us and you will find we don't charge extra for it.

We keep asking ourselves "Would we buy it", and if the answer is no because the quality is poor or the price is expensive then how can we expect our customers to buy it.

You will notice that we don't have prices against our corporate and club products. This isn't because our prices are high and we don't want to scare you off. The reason is that we don't want to insult you by stating the price is one thing and then charge you something completely different.

We quote for each job individually, after taking into account quantity of order and image design. There is nothing worse than seeing the awful words "prices from" on a website, you know far well that you are not going to pay anywhere near that price.

When placing an order, you think of a product that you want that we don't offer it let us know, if we can't do this product we will search around for someone who can. Our goal is to be one stop shop for all your corporate clothing and promotional needs. No need for you to shop around.

• Shopping Portal - If you have a club or society and want to sell products toll products to your members but don't want to sit on a large amount of stock. We can add you to our shopping portal where you will have a dedicate page on our website for your customers to come on and buy your products direct. (This is a free service we offer to all clubs and societies.)
