Product
All our products are hand made, which makes every item we sell unique. The positioning and sizing of logo's, images and writing may change slightly.
The colours shown on our web site may alter slightly to the actual colour of the product. Where possible we have tried to use the exact colour's in our illustrations of the product, but it is not always possible.
Delivery
As these products are hand made please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Returns
We will only accept returns back if the product is a genuine manufacturing fault.
If you need to return a product, email the details to madideas@hotmail.co.uk
We will email you back and authorisation number and an address to send the product back.
Payment
Our online payment system is run by Pay pal on a secure site. This allows you to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Pay pal. If you are unable to pay by any of the mentioned payment methods email us at the email address mentioned above and we can arrange alternative payment methods.
The name Mad Ideas or Can of Worms will appear on your credit card statement.
